Acupuncture treatments are generally very relaxing. There is minimal discomfort and most times, none at all. The disposable needles, made of fine surgical steel, are only used once and then disposed.
If you decide to use acupuncture, choose the practitioner with care. Also check with your insurer to see if the services will be covered. |

The Philosophy behind TCM
According to the TCM point of view, health is harmony between Yin and Yang, between body and spirit. Yin and Yang are two polar principals: Earth and Heaven, winter and summer, night and day, cold and hot, wet and dry, inner and outer, body and mind. Harmony of this union means health, well being and good luck, while disharmony of any kind can lead to disease, disaster and bad luck. The strategy of Chinese Medicine is to restore harmony, balance and the free flow of Qi.
We make a difference. We care.
